You’ve seen the N Scale Walthers American Hardware kit that I turned into an A&P Warehouse for my layout.
I created hanging A&P signs for the front of that structure as well as a Bokar Coffee sign for the side of the building.

There are a couple of different sizes here. I can not recall which ones fit the structure properly, so you’ll need to test them first.
