While not related to a current project of mine, I came across a relatively new art deco office building in Singapore called Parkview Square.
I’m posting this only because someday I would love to built an N scale version of it. As a matter of fact, a company has already built an architectural scale model of the building and I think it’s absolutely superb. Unfortunately, I can’t find the link to the architectural model company and I didn’t bookmark it.
The structure stands at 472 feet high — a little over 35″ in N scale which would be quite doable. The prototype was inspired by the art deco architecture of New York City and so of course it immediately caught my eye.
Here are some reference photos of Parkview Sqaure from around the web:

This is a beautiful structure.
Art Deco style was very popular in Mumbai, India in the 1930s. As the city was expanding due to land reclamation projects to connect the seven separate islands, wonderful building were built in this style. Many of these structures are still intact, although their upkeep is not that great.
